Join us for LUCQUES’ COOKBOOK SUPPER SPRING SERIES

 

Suzanne & Caroline host some of our favorite chefs and authors in celebration of their most recent publications.  For each of these Sunday Supper events the author will be available throughout the night to meet diners and personalize copies of their book.

 

Prix fixe menus are inspired by the authors recipes and stories.

soused herring tartare with fava beans,

crème fraiche, pickled shallots and rye toasts

curly kale, rookworst and bacon vinaigrette

* white bull - st. george gin and sage with cocchi americano and wheat beer

slow-roasted veal loin with greens,

gouda and belgian endive wrapped in ham

* kingbird - elijah craig bourbon and cassia bark with sassafras leaf and maple

bossche bollen with coffee ice cream,

chocolate sauce and speculaas crumble

* lebowski – tito’s vodka and espresso liqueur with cream and ras el hanout
